October 14, 2008: Please find below the document concerning the joint programme "Improving the human development in Belu district, East Nusa Tenggara Province". The document is the outcome of an extensive and participatory processed which involved national and sub-national level authorities and 9 UN Agencies plus the RC's Office. The document was recently signed by all parties. A joint resource mobilization is being developd with some donors expressing interest for the unfunded portion.
