See attached in Country Resources the signed LOAs with cover letters for the OPF, for - Norway - DFID - The Netherlands - Luxembourg - Germany
Pls note that regarding the contribution form Spain from the MDG Fund towards the OPF there is no such agreement but the allocation is in principle agreed. More agreements are in the pipeline but have not yet been concluded.
